They met while they were both furthering their education at Ozark Bible College, marrying after their junior year and moving to the Orleans/Mitchell area a year later. Dan is employed with Walmart, at the store in Bloomington, and has been with Walmart almost 22 years. He has also worked with Event Services at IU for the past 13 years. Dan has enjoyed over the years being involved in coaching kids from pee wee leagues on up at the Mitchell Youth Leagues, he has a real passion for young children and seeing them grow up in learning about Jesus. He truly enjoys talking with and having fellowship with people, and as an elder, he strives to help folks through visits, prayers, and being there during good times and hard times.
